This simple tote bag made of a strong wax-print kitenge fabric will hold your purchased goods, but is also suitable for carrying your laptop, books, or workout gear. Kitenge is a traditional Ugandan fabric known for its big patterns and bright colours. The bag has one internal pocket for storing smaller items. The length of the handles is just right for wearing the bag over your shoulder.

About the Artisans
Kampala Disabled Initiative is a group of physically handicapped women with great skills in tailoring and crafts making in the capital Kampala. The women regularly take in new handicapped girls as trainees to teach them sewing skills. Many of the products are developed in cooperation with Estonian fashion designers and volunteers.

These funky face masks are tailored from colourful African kitenge fabrics! They are made by disabled Ugandan artisans. The fabric is comfortable cotton and the elastic band makes it easy to put the face mask on and take it off. Thick double layer fabric that keeps you safe but is still comfortable to use.
You will get a bundle of three masks for only $20 (single mask $12)! Select your favourite colour and we’ll match the three masks according to that. If you have any special wishes you can also send us an e-mail and we’ll try to accommodate those.
